What the Job Involves
You will be responsible for delivering the best possible level of Service support within the workshop environment through:
- Offering cost-effective technical solutions and repairs
- Ensuring repairs are carried out at the customer’s convenience wherever practical
- Completing all types of service and repairs in the most efficient manner
- Maintaining highest standards of quality and following diagnosis paths as required

Work Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in a fast-moving motor industry workshop
- Motivated individual who can work effectively under limited supervision
Desirable Attributes
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
