Equipment & Warehouse Cleaner
About the Role
We are looking for someone to:
- Clean ladders, podiums, and other returned hired equipment in the morning.
- Assist with inspecting ladders and podiums.
- Support the unloading of returning vans.
- Carry out general yard duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning of:
- Ladders, podiums, scissor lifts, and other equipment using a pressure washer
- Varied hire equipment by hand
- Rebranding new equipment with THX stickers
- Photographing and recording very dirty items
- Regularly checking, cleaning, and tidying:
- Our yard, workshop, warehouse, and vehicle parking areas
- Providing support to the Warehouse, Workshop, and driving teams as required
- Inspecting ladders and podiums
- Long-term development, including:
- Training in inspecting and testing returned hire equipment (with workshop team)
- Forklift training

Working Hours & Attendance
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Half-hour break
- Overtime may be required or offered to meet customer demand
Essential Requirements
- Practical, methodical approach with the ability to work quickly
- Experience in cleaning, organising, and tidying
- Physically fit, hard-working, and a team player
- Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A "can-do" attitude with a willingness to help out
- Ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks
