Griffin Mill is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our busy Summit dealership.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team on a 4-day week rota, helping manage our service department's daily operations.
About The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop
- Allocate work to technicians and monitor progress
- Ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
- Support health and safety and quality control standards

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a workshop controller or senior technician role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and time management
