Workshop Controller
We are pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity for the role of Workshop Controller. This position plays a vital role in the day-to-day success of our workshop operations and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday (7:00 - 17:00)
- 45 - 50 hours per week
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays

Key responsibilities
- Controlling and managing the day-to-day workshop workload.
- Ensuring service, maintenance, and repair work is completed efficiently and correctly.
- Supporting technicians with technical advice and assistance where required.
- Maximising workshop productivity and hours sold.
- Signing off service documentation and job cards.
- Assisting with the monitoring and control of departmental budgets and costs.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service and communication throughout.
