Workshop Controller

We are pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity for the role of Workshop Controller. This position plays a vital role in the day-to-day success of our workshop operations and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday (7:00 - 17:00)
  • 45 - 50 hours per week
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays

Key responsibilities

  • Controlling and managing the day-to-day workshop workload.
  • Ensuring service, maintenance, and repair work is completed efficiently and correctly.
  • Supporting technicians with technical advice and assistance where required.
  • Maximising workshop productivity and hours sold.
  • Signing off service documentation and job cards.
  • Assisting with the monitoring and control of departmental budgets and costs.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service and communication throughout.
