About the Role
We are seeking experienced Workshop Facilitators to support a series of senior leadership workshops that will help shape the future federated operating model.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will plan, organise, and facilitate workshops with Director General (DG) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) audiences, ensuring discussions are productive, outcomes-focused, and deliver clear recommendations.
This is a practical delivery role. Beyond facilitation, you will be responsible for translating workshop outputs into tangible artefacts, implementation plans, and recommendations that support decision-making and future delivery activity.
The successful candidate will bring strong facilitation skills, excellent stakeholder management capability, and a proven ability to convert strategic discussions into actionable outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, organise, and facilitate DG and SLT workshops throughout July and August.
- Engage with stakeholders in advance of sessions to define objectives, outcomes, and success measures.
- Create workshop materials, agendas, briefing packs, and supporting artefacts.
- Facilitate discussions, capturing key themes, decisions, actions, and recommendations.
- Analyse workshop outputs and translate findings into clear deliverables.
- Produce high-quality artefacts, plans, recommendations, and implementation outputs aligned to programme objectives.
- Support leadership teams in shaping future operating models, governance arrangements, and delivery approaches.
- Work closely with programme stakeholders to maintain momentum and ensure outputs are translated into practical next steps.
- Provide hands-on delivery support throughout the engagement rather than traditional consultancy services.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
