Resolve Recruitment Services are searching for a skilled Workshop Mechanic to join a busy and professional garage environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanic seeking a stable, workshop-based role with consistent hours and a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance within a workshop environment
- Diagnose mechanical and technical faults
- Specialise in cam belts, clutches, and general vehicle repairs
- Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (required)
- Minimum 6 years' experience (desirable)
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Salary & Benefits
- £50,240 per annum (based on a 46-hour working week)
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Salary reviewed every 12 months
- Monthly pay (around the 1st of each month)
- Discounts on MOTs and vehicle parts
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
- 46 hours per week
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Additional Information
- 20 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays (April–March)
- Company pension scheme (NEST)
- Quarterly performance reviews and annual appraisal
- Notice period: 1 week during probation, 1 month thereafter
