Who are EVM UK?

EVM UK is the specialist sales and aftersales agent for some of Europe’s most trusted minibus and midi coach brands, including EVM, Altas, Ferqui, Indcar, Erener, and AOS. With deep engineering knowledge, a future-focused mindset, and an unrivalled approach to service, we help public and private sector operators unlock the full potential of their fleets. Our workshop and aftersales operations play a critical role in ensuring vehicles are prepared, repaired, maintained, and presented to the highest standards. As our business continues to grow, we are looking to strengthen our workshop team with practical, motivated, and quality-focused individuals.

The Role

As Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day control, performance, and quality output of the EVM UK workshop. This includes managing technician workload, vehicle preparation, PDI, warranty repairs, retail repairs, internal rework, quality control, and workshop compliance.

This is a hands-on operational management role requiring strong technical understanding, workshop discipline, and the ability to keep vehicles moving through the business efficiently and to the correct standard.

The successful candidate will work closely with Aftersales, Parts, Warranty, Engineering, and Senior Management to ensure workshop activity supports customer commitments, vehicle delivery targets, and EVM’s wider quality standards.

As the Workshop Manager, your job role will include but not be limited to the following.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
