Workshop Manager - Join one of the UK’s Leading Used Car Retailers

At FOW, we’ve proudly served customers across the North West for over 67 years. As the region’s largest independent used car supersite, our name is trusted by thousands of motorists every year.

With over 12,000 vehicles retailed annually, unbeatable value, and a huge choice of stock, we continue to set the standard for used car retailing.

This is more than just a job — it’s a leadership opportunity.

Drive Performance. Lead People. Deliver Excellence

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Manager to lead our busy vehicle preparation operation.

Operating across 30 workshop ramps within one of the busiest used car operations in the region, this is an opportunity for a strong automotive leader to make a real impact in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You’ll be responsible for leading teams, driving productivity, maintaining exceptional preparation standards, and ensuring every vehicle is retail-ready on time and to the highest quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
