Using genuine factory tools, replacement parts, and diagnostic equipment, the team focuses on precision and authenticity. Serving owners and collectors, Nicholas Mee & Co offers expert knowledge in parts supply, vehicle servicing, and pre-owned Aston Martin sales from 1959 to the present day. The business is committed to professional, confidential, and high-quality service for all Aston Martin requirements.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Workshop Supervisor role based at our award winning premises, on the historic Hatfield Park Estate, in Essendon, Hertfordshire. The Workshop Supervisor will oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, allocation, and completion of maintenance, repair, and restoration work on Aston Martin vehicles. The role includes supervising workshop technicians, monitoring work quality, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining workshop tools, equipment, and facilities. The Workshop Supervisor will liaise closely with service advisors and parts teams to coordinate jobs, manage timelines, and maximise efficiency and performance. The position also involves engaging with customers as needed to explain technical work, support estimates, and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and service.

Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, workload planning, and performance monitoring in a workshop or automotive environment. Hands-on experience with maintenance and repair of high-end or specialist vehicles, with the ability to guide technicians and review technical work. Proven focus on customer satisfaction and customer service, including clear communication and a professional, solution-oriented approach. Experience in managing workshops, including workflow coordination, parts and tool usage, health and safety compliance, and quality control. Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship in automotive engineering or a related field; experience with prestige or classic vehicles is highly desirable. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and represent the workshop professionally to clients and suppliers.
