Workshop Supervisor
Envirogen is seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Supervisor to lead our workshop operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop activities, ensuring efficient maintenance and repair processes, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.
We are a leading UK based international water treatment solutions business. We offer an interesting and varied working environment that is supportive and collaborative.
In this role, you will manage a team of technicians and mechanics, coordinate repair schedules, maintain inventory of parts and equipment, and collaborate with other departments to support our water and wastewater treatment projects. Your leadership will be essential in driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workshop supervision, excellent organizational skills, and proven ability to lead and motivate a technical team. Experience in the water, wastewater, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.

Requirements
Proven experience as a workshop supervisor or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance practices Excellent organizational and team management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects Experience in water, wastewater, or industrial environments preferred Strong commitment to safety and quality standards Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
