About Artus Air

Artus Air is a fast-growing, VC-backed HVAC technology company on a mission to transform the way buildings are cooled, heated, and ventilated. With innovative products and ambitious growth plans, we’re rethinking HVAC from the ground up — combining energy efficiency, comfort, and smart design.

Job Purpose

Artus Air is investing in a new London workshop to create a technology hub for prototyping, product testing, and system innovation.

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Workshop Technician & Test Engineer to take ownership of our new central London workshop facility. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the space, including property upkeep, health and safety compliance, and technical support across prototyping and product testing.

The workshop will act as a centre of excellence for our engineering team, partners, and customers — enabling collaborative ideation, product validation, and application-specific testing in realistic building scenarios.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
