Description
Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Interview date: 4 August
To maintain workshops in the Construction centre area to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, prepare and organise materials and tools, and assist with the smooth running of the construction and building services department by providing technical support to lecturers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organise the construction and building services section.
- To ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of workshops, equipment and tools.
- To ensure that all tools are safe for students and staff.
- To ensure that all tools and equipment are clean and available when needed.
- To ensure the cleanliness of all workshop areas (including floors) by adhering to weekly cleaning schedules.
- To ensure the good working order of all equipment.

- Educated to Level 2
