🌍 The Outbehaving Founders Circle – A Legacy of Cultural Influence & Global Impact

🔥 A rare opportunity for world-class talent, sport and cultural industry leaders to help shape the world’s first people-owned global movement

Outbehaving is building a new kind of life and money platform powered by ownership, influence and fair practice.

We are creating a future where athletes, artists, creators and everyday people share in the value they help create, gain greater control over their future, and benefit from systems designed to serve people alongside growth.

Our ambition is to build one of the world’s most influential and impactful ventures. A people-owned global giant built around trust, opportunity and collective progress.

⚡ Why This Matters

The cultural economy is becoming one of the most influential forces on Earth.

Athletes, artists, entertainers, creators and public figures shape culture, drive industries and influence billions of people globally. Yet many still operate within systems that prioritise extraction over protection, visibility over wellbeing, and short-term value over long-term empowerment.

At the same time, society is losing trust in institutions and increasingly looking toward cultural figures, communities and movements for inspiration, guidance and change.

Outbehaving exists to help reshape that future.

We are building a platform that connects life, financial wellbeing, cultural influence and ownership into one ecosystem, using the reach of sport, entertainment, media and culture to create meaningful global impact.

Our vision is simple.

People contribute. People build. People own.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
