Wound Care Marketing Manager

Mediq UK are a supplier of healthcare consumables, healthcare equipment, cleaning, and hygiene products, as well as healthcare devices to hospitals, care homes, and other facilities serving the healthcare sector in the UK.

The Wound Care Marketing Manager (WCMM) is responsible for driving profitable growth across the wound care portfolio through the development and execution of category, channel, and customer-led marketing strategies. The role combines product management, commercial strategy, and go-to-market execution, ensuring alignment between sales, supply chain, and clinical teams.

Salary - £55,000 - £60,000 + Car / Car Allowance

Responsibilities:

Commercial & Growth Strategy:

Own the portfolio growth strategy, delivering revenue, margin, and market share targets Identify and quantify new growth opportunities Build and present business cases with financials Develop and manage marketing plans and forecasts

Go-to-Market & Execution:

Define and execute go-to-market strategies Align with sales teams to support pipeline conversion Develop campaigns, value propositions, and sales tools Support tender and framework strategies Lead product launches

Product & Portfolio Management:

Manage full product lifecycle Monitor competitor activity and customer needs Optimise portfolio pricing and mix Support supply alignment and availability

Market Insight & Analytics:

Analyse market, sales, and financial data Monitor NHS and competitor trends Track campaign performance and ROI

Cross-functional Leadership

Act as link between Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Supply Chain, and Finance Support sales teams with training and expertise Align demand and supply planning

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with strong proven experience to support revenue growth and support key NHS tenders and opportunities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Degree in Business, Marketing or related field Product or marketing management experience Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding NHS / healthcare experience desirable Strong analytical and communication skills Cross-functional working experience
