Your Role & Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day running of the wraparound provision, ensuring a smooth transition between the school day and the club. Design and implement a varied program of age-appropriate activities, including sports, arts, and quiet study. Supervise and support a team of playworkers/assistants to maintain high standards of care. Act as the designated lead for health and safety within the setting, including managing allergies, first aid, and rigorous safeguarding protocols. Maintain professional communication with parents, school staff, and external stakeholders.

What you need: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a childcare or educational setting. A Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) certificate Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) A valid Pediatric First Aid certificate. Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Play work, or Early Years / Level 4+ or a degree in Education/Childcare is highly desirable. Right to Work in the UK. Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements for out-of-school settings and inclusive practice.
