Primary Responsibility
The primary responsibility of this role at a leading investment platform is the management of internal and external communications, with a focus on the technical aspects of writing within the company.
The Role
You will:
- Champion language change and adoption, leading on tone, style, and language.
- Oversee the internal and external voice for the firm.
- As a member of the Marketing team, manage the publishing of internal communication.
- Develop and manage information pages on the external-facing marketing website.
- Create and manage sales aids and buying guides (print and digital).
- Update forms and user guides as part of document management.

Key Responsibilities
Knowledge and Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to grasp technical concepts
- Understanding of regulatory obligations
- Experience with Adobe InDesign or Scribus for form maintenance
- Developed technical content (e.g., software, engineering, or similar fields)
- Worked closely with development/technical teams to ensure accurate documentation
- A passion for online business and delivery of consumer-friendly communications
- Experience in managing company voice and tone, including the development and management of supporting materials:
- Style guide
