About DRP
Part of the Bristow Sutor Group, Debt Recovery Plus (DRP), provides full end to end services to private parking companies, helping facilitate the continued provision of safe and convenient parking.
About the Team and Role
You will be working alongside the back-office team, predominantly dealing with enquiries relating to outstanding Parking Charge Notices and all associates administration of cases through the case lifecycle.
Job Details
- Pay: £25,000pa
- Hours: Full time 37.5 hours, per week
- Type: Permanent
- Location: Office based, Denton
What you’ll do:
- Dealing with written communication from customers and clients. Reviewing and actioning accounts accordingly. Replying using standard format templates as well as composing bespoke responses
- Action client requests to cancel or reissue Parking Charge Notices
- Assist with opening post, scanning documents onto accounts
- Review and approve car park pictures to approve contravention
- Assistance with any other duties that are within the scope of the job purpose

- Positive attitude: motivated, with the ability to be flexible and adaptable
- High attention to detail, with good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proven experience of working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where collaboration, teamwork and support are an integral part of the job
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work at pace.
- Comfortable with working autonomously
