Job Description

Kanadevia Inova is seeking a proactive and organised Warehouse Clerk for our Systems and Service Solutions team. Based from our Regional Service Centre in Hinckley, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely receipt and dispatch of materials, and effective coordination of logistics activities. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and transport providers, you will play a vital role in supporting our technical service operations while maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse inventory and stock control activities using ERP and warehouse management systems, maintaining accurate stock records and material master data, carrying out regular cycle counts and annual stock takes, and ensuring materials are stored, labelled and organised in line with best practice.
  • Coordinate the procurement, receipt, inspection, storage and dispatch of materials, spare parts and equipment, ensuring goods meet quality requirements, delivery schedules are achieved, and operational and project demands are supported effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse documentation, including delivery notes, shipping documents, invoices and inventory records, while liaising with suppliers, transport providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient flow of materials throughout the supply chain.
  • Support the continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics operations by monitoring inventory levels, assisting with procurement planning and cost control, identifying opportunities to improve processes and ensuring the timely availability of materials to support business activities.
  • Promote and maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment by complying with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) standards, operating warehouse equipment safely, participating in safety initiatives and ensuring all stock movements are accurately recorded and reported.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
