Job Title: X-ray Clinical Lead Radiographer
We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Radiographer to support as the X-ray Clinical Lead for the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospital Sites of UHD.
Role Overview
The role of the X-ray Clinical Lead is to be the operational manager for X-ray, DEXA, Fluoroscopy and Dental services. The role includes managing around 70 members of staff and combines clinical practice with team leadership, service improvement, radiation protection and clinical governance.

Key Responsibilities
The X-ray Clinical Lead Radiographer will be responsible for the leadership and operational management of the service provided at The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospital sites. The successful applicant will ensure delivery of responsive, high quality and efficient services within the resources available without compromising the quality of care we provide to our patients.
