What You Will Do
- Identify and validate a high-growth, venture-scale business idea using EF’s structured framework and world-class advisory network.
- Match with a high-caliber co-founder or founding team members specifically vetted for experienced operators and technical leaders.
- Secure initial investment and compress the early months of company building into weeks through intense execution and accountability.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience as a tech founder who built a product, won customers, and led a venture-backed team during a previous startup journey.
- Possesses a deep-seated ambition and a sense of unfinished business to build a globally significant company after a previous venture outcome.
- Strong technical or commercial background with a bias toward action, currently looking to move from an operator role back into the founder seat.
