Role Description
The Xiaohongshu Social Media and Engagement Volunteer role is a remote volunteer position focused on growing SkilledUp Life’s presence on the Xiaohongshu platform. On a day-to-day basis, the volunteer will:

- Create and schedule posts
- Adapt content to fit Xiaohongshu’s audience
- Ensure messaging aligns with SkilledUp Life’s brand and mission
- Engage with followers through comments and messages
- Participate in relevant discussions
- Explore trends and hashtags to increase visibility
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support campaign planning
- Analyze basic performance metrics
- Suggest improvements to enhance reach and engagement

Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize Xiaohongshu activities
- Social Media Content Creation and Marketing skills to develop audience-appropriate posts and campaigns
- Strong Communication skills to engage with followers, respond professionally, and collaborate with internal teams
- Familiarity with Xiaohongshu or similar social platforms, including understanding of trends, hashtags, and user behavior
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet agreed deadlines
- Interest in technology, startups, or career development, with a willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas
- Basic skills in content editing, image or video tools, and analytics dashboards are beneficial
