Role: Senior Test Analyst OR Test Lead
Location: London, UK (hybrid 3 days in the office per week)
Engagement: Independent Contractor (outside IR35) | Must start by 3rd August
(contract until end November with chance of renewal)
Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Test Analyst OR a Test Lead to provide end-to-end QA for the proof of concept and implementation of a document and workspace management solution. The role covers functional, integration, security and migration testing. This role requires demonstrable iManage experience within a complex implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure full test coverage
- Create and maintain test plans, scenarios, scripts, test data and evidence
- Execute functional, integration, security, migration and end-to-end testing
- Validate workspace provisioning, metadata, permissions, archiving and destruction
- Log and manage defects with clear reproduction steps, severity and evidence
- Report progress, risks, quality status and release-readiness recommendations

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on testing experience at Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead level
- Demonstrable iManage experience within a complex implementation
- Experience testing document management, workspace lifecycle and access controls
- Strong functional, integration, security and migration testing capability
- Full test lifecycle ownership, including planning, defects, reporting and closure
- Good Azure DevOps test management and defect-tracking experience
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to work independently

- Litera CAM implementation, migration or SaaS transition experience
- Exposure to Intapp, Microsoft 365, Teams, Active Directory, MDM or Litera Milan
