Customer Face HGV Driver (Class 2) – MKM

Working Pattern: You will be expected to work alternate Saturday mornings throughout the year.

This role involves being the face of MKM to many of our customers. It’s a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be:

Responsibilities & Duties
- Customer service:
- Assisting customers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Logistics tasks:
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Picking and checking orders
- Safely storing stock
- Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
- Deliveries:
- Driving a Class 2 HGV with HIAB Crane for multi-drop deliveries
- Adhering to health and safety protocols
Requirements & Skills
Essential
- Class 2 HGV licence
- Valid digital tachograph card
- Up-to-date CPC training
- Good understanding of the building industry and building products (advantageous)
Essential (Less Critical but Preferred)
- UPV experience (training provided)
- Forklift licence (a distinct advantage)
