Yard Sales Adviser
Yard Sales Advisor – Full-Time Role
Location: Bury Branch | Employer: Jewson (part of Stark UK)

This is a full-time opportunity (Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:30, plus every other Saturday 08:00–12:00).
About the Role
You’ll be the face of exceptional customer service, blending operational expertise with a people-first mindset to exceed expectations. Your role is central to driving sales, efficiency, and customer loyalty—supporting both retail customers and bulk trade orders with energy and precision.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Excellence -cknowledge, engage, and deliver a ‘wow’ experience for every customer, ascertaining their needs to provide tailored support -Ask open-ended questions to build long-term relationships and gather insights for future orders -Ensure high standards of presentation across the yard, shop floor, and counter

Operational Fulfillment -Operate yard, yard vehicles, and forklifts (training provided) for tasks including: -Offloading, restocking, and vehicle loading/unloading -Picking, packing, and preparing bulk orders -Assisting customers with deliveries and returns -Support business growth initiatives to enhance sales, margins, and service standards
