Yard Sales Advisor – Full-time Role 🏗️✨
Location: Bury Branch Company: Jewson, part of STARK UK Contract: Full-time Hours: Monday–Friday: 07:00–16:30, Every other Saturday: 08:00–12:00

Responsibilities
As a Yard Sales Advisor, your duties will include:

Customer Engagement:
- Acknowledge every customer and tailor your service to their current and future needs.
- Use open questions to build long-lasting relationships and exceed expectations.
- Ensure supremely efficient, friendly, and welcoming service at all times.

Operational Excellence:
- Maintain high standards across the yard, counter, and shop floor.
- Safely operate machinery, including forklifts (training provided), for tasks like:
- Offloading & restocking
- Picking, packing, and loading vehicles (manual & mechanical)

Support sales initiatives to boost revenue, margins, and service standards.

Product Knowledge:
- Continuously expand your expertise in core and specialist products to assist customers effectively.
