Yard Assistant – Building Materials Distribution

About the Role
Every day is dynamic at Travis Perkins, and every Yard Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining our seamless operations. Here’s what the role entails:
- Customer & Yard Operations:
- Reacting to customer orders while operating outside the branch
- Loading and unloading vehicles (supplying our business and servicing customers)
- Processing deliveries from suppliers and accurately logging stock into the branch warehouse
- Ideal, but not guaranteed: Experience using a forklift (full training provided if required)
