Yard / Warehouse Operative
Independent Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance Forklift License Preferred) – MKM

About the Role
This role is based in our external warehouse team and involves both operational duties and direct customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers – delivering an outstanding experience every time
- Providing excellent customer service – ensuring a positive working relationship
- Loading & unloading vehicles efficiently and safely
- Picking & checking orders with accuracy and care
- Storing stock safely and organising warehouse layouts
- Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
- Processing goods inbound deliveries
- Organising warehouse operations to streamline workflow

Requirements & Desired Traits
- Preferred: Counterbalance Forklift License
- Advantageous: Building industry knowledge (any experience in construction, retail trade, or logistics welcome)
