Yardi Consultant – UK Residential
6-Month Contract | Remote (1 day per month in London)
RED is supporting a key UK partner in its search for an experienced Yardi Consultant with strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager and the UK residential property sector to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a range of business-critical initiatives. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, optimise performance, and drive process improvements across the Yardi platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Yardi-related projects across the business.
- Deliver system enhancements and upgrades, including Yardi version upgrades.
- Support MIQ (Management Information Query) development and reporting requirements.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve business processes.
- Configure and optimise Yardi Voyager to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide functional expertise.
- Troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams where required.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Yardi Consultant or Yardi Systems Specialist.
- Strong experience with Yardi Voyager within the UK residential property sector.
- Experience delivering Yardi upgrades, system improvements, and business change projects.
- Knowledge of MIQ reporting and reporting best practices.
- Experience implementing or supporting workflow automation within Yardi.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with project teams.
