Year 1 Primary Teacher

Year 1 Teacher : Maldon, Essex – ASAP Start

About the Role

Do you have a passion for teaching? Are you a graduate teacher with childcare experience, or an experienced educator looking to share your skills in a vibrant, multicultural setting?

Reeson Education is seeking an experienced Year 1 teacher to join a two-form entry primary school in Maldon, Essex, where many languages are spoken daily. The school holds an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ status and is part of a thriving, ethnically diverse community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching a full Year 1 class, covering all core and foundation subjects
  • Providing individualised support for pupils, including SEN children
  • Delivering tailored lessons to accommodate additional needs
  • Leading small-group interventions with 低能力 pupils (low-attaining pupils)
  • Managing challenging behaviour effectively while maintaining a positive, motivating learning environment
