Year 1 Teacher
An 'Outstanding' Ofsted graded Primary School in the Borough of Merton are seeking a Year 1 Teacher for a September 2026 start on a full-time, permanent contract (paid via the school).
This fantastic Primary School has grown from strength to strength over the past 3 years, establishing itself as one of the most impressive Schools in the Borough. Their success includes:

The Head Teacher is eager to recruit the best Year 1 Teacher, making this opportunity open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced Primary School Teachers. Occasions for Teacher Leadership Responsibilities (TLR) are available, covering Subject, Year Group, and Phase Leadership.

¡PERSON SPECIFICATION¡
Must possess:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum
- Proven passion for education with creative inspiration for young minds
- Demonstrated familiarity with Teaching Standards
- Conducting lessons that achieve 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted observations
