Role Description/Criteria
An exciting opportunity exists to join Holy Cross Catholic Primary School in Mickleham. Holy Cross Catholic Primary School is an innovative, vibrant and dynamic Catholic school, in the fast growing area of Mickleham. The safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all learners is fundamental to Holy Cross.
We are seeking energised, highly motivated, agile and dynamic teacher to join our team as a job share classroom teacher in Year 3, beginning in Term 4. This is a maternity leave replacement position. Experienced and Graduate teachers are encouraged to apply. The days to be worked are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

The successful applicants will be involved in the development of a culture of dynamic learning and positive student wellbeing and will need to demonstrate the flexibility, enthusiasm and commitment to work in a new school.
Key Selection Criteria
- A commitment to Catholic education.
- An understanding of the Child Safe Standards.
- A passion for working with students.
- A capacity to implement engaging and empowering learning activities for students.
- An understanding of how to differentiate learning experiences for students.
- An understanding of contemporary educational practice.
- A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility and organisational skills to cope with the demands of working in a new and rapid growing school.

- A Cover Letter introducing yourself and indicating why you are inspired by the possibility of working in a new school in a growth corridor.
- A Curriculum Vitae that includes 3 nominated referees, including the current employer.
