The Role

As the Year 3 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
  • Maintain firm but fair behaviour management and consistent routines
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and purposeful classroom environment
  • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet diverse needs
  • Work closely with KS2 colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
  • Strong classroom management and organisation skills
  • High expectations for pupil progress, behaviour, and engagement
