Full Time | Permanent Position
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated, and inspiring Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Chatham on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.
This role comes with full classroom responsibility and would suit a passionate teacher committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Have strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
- Be confident in planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
- Be committed to raising achievement and supporting all learners
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Work effectively as part of a supportive school team
- Have a positive, proactive, and nurturing approach to teaching
