Year 4 Class Teacher

Year 4 Class Teacher - Independent Prep School

Location: Kensington & Chelsea, Central London
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: M3 - UPS1 Inner London Pay Scale (dependent on experience)

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join a dedicated Lower Key Stage 2 team and will be responsible for delivering an engaging and challenging Year 3 curriculum that prepares pupils for continued academic success throughout prep education and beyond.


Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching within Lower Key Stage 2
  • Strong curriculum knowledge and excellent classroom practice
  • High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
  • A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to teaching
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to contributing to the wider school community
