Person Specification

Essential Qualifications:
- Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in the UK (or equivalent for an ECT applicant)
- Appropriate qualifications in Literacy, Numeracy andScience for Key Stage 2

Soft Skills:
- Confidence, embellishment of creativity and specialization in primary education
- Ability to meet Hadsted school values as detailed
