Year 4 Teacher
Experienced Year 4 Teacher Required – Harlesden

About the Role
We are currently collaborating with a primary school in Brent, seeking to appoint an experienced Year 4 Teacher to begin in September 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and policies by engaging in training, workshops, and self-directed reading, while actively implementing school and local authority initiatives.
- Promote a positive school culture by:
- Modelling excellent teaching practice
- Motivating staff
- Representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks
- Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive curriculum that:
- Challenges all pupils
- Supports progress across both core and non-core subjects
- Monitor pupil progress closely and:
- Use data to identify learning gaps
- Implement effective interventions
- Work towards raising achievement levels
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to:
- Meet individual learning needs
- Communicate curriculum developments

Ideal Candidate Criteria
The perfect candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have direct experience teaching Year 4
- Commit to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
- Demonstrate excellency in classroom and behavioural management
- Exhibit a team player mindset with a reflective and proactive approach
