Year 4 Teacher – Permanent Full-Time Position

Primary School – Hammersmith & Fulham

About the Role

Are you an experienced Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for an exciting new teaching opportunity in a high-achieving primary school?

We are partnered with an outstanding school in Hammersmith & Fulham seeking an exceptional Year 4 Teacher to join their team for September 2026.

Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, West London Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: M3 – UPS1 Inner London Pay Scale (dependent on experience) Pupils: Motivated, well-behaved, and eager to learn in a supportive, ambitious, and nurturing environment Curriculum: Broad and engaging, with enriching enrichment opportunities to support pupils’ academic, social, and personal development

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will join the dedicated Key Stage 2 team, where they will take full responsibility for teaching a Year 4 class. They will be responsible for delivering:

This role is ideal for a passionate, knowledgeable teacher with:

Ideal Candidate

Must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching in Lower Key Stage 2 (specifically Year 4)
  • Expert knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • High expectations for pupil achievement, progress, and behaviour management
  • Outstanding classroom practice and strong subject knowledge (Maths, English, Science & Cross-Curricular topics)
