Chatham, Kent | Full-Time | Fixed-Term / Permanent Opportunity

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 / Year 5 KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Chatham, Kent, with an immediate start available.

This exciting opportunity is open to teachers looking for either a fixed-term or permanent position within a positive and inclusive school environment.

The Role:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
  • Creating a stimulating and supportive classroom environment
  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 4 or Year 5
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • Passion for inspiring and motivating young learners
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
