Start Date: September 2026

Salary: £32,916 - £51,048

Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

The Role

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that motivate pupils and promote excellent academic progress. You will be responsible for planning an exciting curriculum, assessing learning effectively, and creating a classroom where every child feels supported and challenged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Track, assess, and report on pupil progress throughout the academic year.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal Year 5 Teacher will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school.
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment practices.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's academic and personal development.
