Lyppard Grange Primary School,
We require an energetic, enthusiastic and confident Teaching Assistant to join our happy, supportive Year 5 team at Lyppard Grange Primary School working in Year 5, supporting the class teacher each morning and providing intervention activity in the afternoons with small groups. The successful candidate will be calm, patient and committed to giving the very best support to children. Working under the direction of class teacher and the SENDCo, they will be keen to play their part in securing great outcomes for children.
The perfect candidate will be:
- Consistently positive in their approach to children
- A committed and enthusiastic team player
- An effective communicator, able to inspire and motivate children
- Able to follow directions and work under their own initiative
- Knowledgeable understanding of the primary curriculum
