Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum and policies.
  • Manage the classroom environment, maintaining good discipline and promoting positive bahaviour.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support learning.
  • Support pupil's social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Follow lesson plans and school procedures to ensure smooth transitions and consistent teaching.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, pupils, as and where appropriate, parents.
  • Ahere to safeguarding policies and ensure the welfare of all pupils

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching KS2 curriculum, preferably Year 6.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to differant classroom environments and student needs.
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonable skills
  • A passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
