The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across Key Stage 2, while leading a Year 6 class with confidence, enthusiasm, and strong curriculum knowledge. You will help pupils feel motivated, supported, and fully prepared for both SATs and the transition into secondary education.

The Successful KS2 Phase Lead Will:
- Deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons
- Prepare pupils effectively for SATs and end-of-Key-Stage assessments
- Use assessment data strategically to raise attainment and progress
- Lead, support, and inspire colleagues across KS2
- Maintain consistently high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and SATs expectations is essential, alongside a reflective, proactive, and adaptable approach to teaching and leadership.
