Acron Aviation Solutions are 'Creating Safer Skies'. From our computer-based solutions all the way to our state-of-the-art Full Flight Simulators (FFS), improving the training experience and creating safer skies is at the heart of everything we do. Our Fixed Training Devices (FTD) and FFS feature aircraft-specific flight decks, offering the form, fit, feel, and function of the actual aircraft. Our airline pilot training systems cover the complete training spectrum; whether it's systems knowledge, procedure training, or jet transition, we have solutions for every airline.
Acron Aviation is seeking an industrial placement who will be responsible for providing support to the global Acron business by joining the Commercial Contracts Team, in a challenging fast-paced environment. The Commercial Contracts team collaborates with every aspect of the business to create solutions and respond to customer needs. The Commercial Contracts Industrial Placement will gain insight and exposure to commercial contracts, sales, project management, finance, and marketing, to name but a few of the key functions with whom interactions occur daily. Other key aspects include but are not limited to, reviewing, assisting in drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial customer contracts, influencing key stakeholders, and presenting to C-suite to obtain approvals.

In addition to the day-to-day activities, the Commercial Contracts Industrial Placement will participate in internal strategic initiatives to drive change and continuous improvement. Other opportunities will be potentially made available to the Commercial Contracts Industrial Placement to increase their organizational awareness, such as providing support to marketing events and tradeshows on behalf of Acron Aviation, representing Acron Aviation with associations and industry bodies, etc.

Day to day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Providing support to the Commercial Contracts teams with the review and drafting of commercial agreements and helping out with various contract activities such as the review of bids and proposals, running reports, and various other ad-hoc activities
- Work with the existing Commercial Team on drafting contracts, reviewing comments from customers, and generally assisting with the contract negotiation process and the general Commercial Contracts team workload and activities
- Participate in the review process from bid approvals through handovers of signed contracts to the delivery teams
- Support the governance process to obtain appropriate approvals in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of contracts, including keeping documentation up to date as required
- Support for various sales, marketing, and Acron Aviation Professional Development Scheme (PDS) outreach activities as needed
- Maintain high ethical standards and perform duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures
Knowledge, Skills, And Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Affinity to detail, with excellent interpersonal communication skills and writing skills
