About the Role

This role sits within Yield Management UK&I Region of our Commercial Division and reports into the Senior Yield Destination Manager

Have you ever wondered how the price of your package holiday is decided, why they sometimes change from the last time you looked or why the cost varies across different destinations?

Well, why not join our Yield department here at TUI to find out how it works in the world of travel! We are looking to recruit a team of Yield Specialists who get a buzz out of spotting patterns and love working with data to ensure a proactive approach to problem-solving and are commercially driven. You will have accountability for the revenue management of your own range of destinations, striving to optimise sales and profitability ensuring the right price is available to our customers at the right time.

We will ensure that you have first-class training and a support network of colleagues in place to help you succeed in the role. You’ll work through a development framework to support your long-term career goals, with progression opportunities available. A quote from one of our past specialists now in a manager role: ‘I really like being part of a big inclusive team and with a shared objective to sell as many seats/hotels at the best price. It means everyone really has to work together to get the best results'.

*We offer flexible hybrid working, with one day a week on average in our Luton office to connect, collaborate and build strong relationships with the team. Brand new offices opening in early 2027, close to M1 Junction 10 and Thameslink train line.

For those shortlisted to the final stage we will host in-person assessment days.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
