Job Title: Group Exercise Instructor
About the Role

- Lead engaging and dynamic group exercise classes, ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences for all participants
- Develop and deliver customised exercise routines for diverse fitness levels and abilities
- Provide personalised support and modifications to participants as needed
- Foster an inclusive, motivational, and supportive atmosphere
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in group exercise

Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience leading successful group exercise classes
- Nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g., AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required
- Current CPR/AED certification mandatory; First Aid certification strongly preferred
- For licensed/branded formats (e.g., Zumba, Yoga), instructors must be trained and certified in those disciplines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting
- Genuine passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle
