Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Yoga Instructor at MantraCare. The Yoga Instructor will lead virtual yoga sessions focused on physical health, stress reduction, and overall well-being for diverse populations. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Planning class sequences
- Demonstrating poses safely
- Offering modifications
- Integrating breathwork and mindfulness aligned with MantraCare’s holistic care approach
The role also involves:
- Communicating with participants before and after sessions
- Documenting attendance and basic progress notes
- Collaborating with wellness and clinical teams to support integrated care programs
- Contributing to digital content such as short practice videos or educational materials to enhance engagement across the platform
Qualifications
- Strong Yoga Instruction skills, including the ability to design and lead safe, inclusive classes
- Specialized practice skills in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, with experience adapting these styles to different levels
- Teaching skills, including clear cueing, class management, and the ability to guide both individuals and groups
- Effective Communication skills for virtual settings, including active listening and empathetic, culturally sensitive interaction
- Yoga teacher training certification (e.g., 200-hour or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- Experience delivering online or hybrid yoga classes, comfortable using video and digital tools
- Knowledge of basic anatomy, contraindications, and safe modifications for people with chronic conditions
- Reliable internet connection, ability to work independently across time zones, and commitment to inclusive, non-judgmental care
