About the Role

We are launching a new yoga studio in London and are looking for an exceptional Yoga Studio Manager to help bring it to life.

This is a rare opportunity to join at start-up phase and play a pivotal role in shaping the studio from the ground up - from managing the final construction elements and operational set up, through to building a high-performing team and running the studio once open.

You will work closely with the founding team to turn vision into reality, helping create something really meaningful for the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Studio Set-Up (Pre-Opening Phase):

  • Support completion of outstanding construction and fit-out elements
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure operational readiness
  • Assist in finalising pricing structures, memberships and class packages
  • Work on cost management and financial planning
  • Support procurement of equipment, retail, and studio supplies
  • Develop and document operational processes and SOPs
  • Build booking systems and studio workflows
  • Contribute to launch planning and go-to-market preparation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
