Location: Falkirk
(with travel to Cumbernauld to support a service user in attending college)
Contract Type
- Full-time (30 hours minimum per week)

- £13.45 per hour, plus paid mileage

About the Role
As a Young Adult Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to a Young Adult in Falkirk, helping them regain independence in their own home and within the community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Personal care
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Light household tasks
- Social visits (e.g., attending college, day centres, shopping)
- Companionship and emotional support

What We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence, with access to a personal car and insurance
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship currently unavailable)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts following a 4-day on, 4-day off rotation
- Experience managing challenging behaviour
- Excellent English communication skills
