Young Carers Project Worker and Capacity Builder based in Huntingdon and Peterborough

Job Details

  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role

Our client is looking to recruit a Young Carers Project Worker, with extensive experience working with young people, to support the delivery of their Young Carer service in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

Responsibilities

  • Part of the Young Carers Project
  • Provide a variety of support to Young Carers and professionals
  • Role involves assessment of young people, face to face support, group work
  • Raising awareness of Young Carers and Young Adult Carers
  • Promoting partnership working
