Young Parents Co-ordinator

Full-time (37.5 hours per week), 12-month fixed-term contract Salary: £27,800 Application deadline: 17 July 2026 (11:59pm)

About the Role

Join Tokko Youth Hub, a dynamic charity in Luton dedicated to helping young people thrive. We’re seeking a passionate Young Parents Co-ordinator to deliver impactful support through a job share model.


Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance support for young parents
  • Conducting assessments and responding to individual needs
  • Developing partnerships with local agencies and services
  • Supporting young mothers with children’s developmental needs
  • Planning and delivering parenting courses and group activities
  • Advocating for young parents in formal meetings and reviews
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential records for reporting purposes

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has direct experience supporting young parents (preferred)
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the challenges young parents encounter
  • Is organised, detail-oriented, and a team player
