About the Role
Join Tokko Youth Hub, a dynamic charity in Luton dedicated to helping young people thrive. We’re seeking a passionate Young Parents Co-ordinator to deliver impactful support through a job share model.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance support for young parents
- Conducting assessments and responding to individual needs
- Developing partnerships with local agencies and services
- Supporting young mothers with children’s developmental needs
- Planning and delivering parenting courses and group activities
- Advocating for young parents in formal meetings and reviews
- Maintaining accurate, confidential records for reporting purposes

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has direct experience supporting young parents (preferred)
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates an understanding of the challenges young parents encounter
- Is organised, detail-oriented, and a team player
